Report of a 2 week long journey
on a recumbent.
From the Netherlands to Belgium, Luxemburg,
French Vosges and Germany.
On my recumbent I followed the
bicycle route described in the guidebook 'cycling unlimited from Amsterdam
to Rome' by Paul Benjaminse. After reaching
the Southern Vosges mountains I headed north via
the famous Alsace whine route towards Strassbourg.
Crossing the hills of the Northern Vosges and
Hunsrück I picked up the popular bicycle route
along the Mosel river to Koblenz. I
finished the trip along the Rhine river near the
famous Lorelei rock.
